FAQ
WHY IS IT CALLED CANNIBAL AVIATION?
Military maintenance term. In the Army, when a bird went down and parts were hard to come by, you'd pull what you needed off the airplane you weren't flying to keep the one you were flying in the sky. The name honors that mindset — get the mission done with what you have.
WHAT KIND OF SHIRTS ARE THESE?
Comfort Colors 1717 — 6.1 oz garment-dyed 100% ring-spun cotton, unisex relaxed fit, pre-shrunk. Same tees Southern Marsh, Peach State Pride, and every quality Southern brand uses.
HOW LONG UNTIL MY ORDER SHIPS?
Production takes 3-5 business days (shirts are printed to order). US shipping is another 3-5 business days. Most orders arrive within 6-10 business days.
CAN I RETURN MY SHIRT IF IT DOESN'T FIT?
Because everything is print-on-demand, we can't accept returns for sizing. Please check the size guide before ordering. We'll gladly replace anything that arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.
DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?
Yes. International shipping calculates at checkout. Delivery times vary by country, typically 10-20 business days total.
ARE THE DESIGNS ORIGINAL?
Yes. Every design is created for Cannibal Aviation. No stock art, no clip art. Illustrations reference public-domain historical subjects (da Vinci sketches, the Wright Flyer) or original commentary on aviation culture (Basically VFR, Uncontrolled Field Circus).
DO YOU DO CUSTOM DESIGNS OR WHOLESALE?
Not yet. Once we have the standard catalog running smoothly, we'll consider small-batch custom work for aviation events, type clubs, or flight schools. Email if you have a project in mind.
WHAT IS RIGHT SEAT?
Right Seat is our checkride prep app — designed by pilots who remember exactly what the oral exam felt like. Available on the App Store, with a web companion for iPad and desktop study. One-time purchase, no subscription.
WHAT IS THE CANNIBAL S / CANNIBAL X?
The Cannibal S is a garage-buildable Light Sport Aircraft designed to be completed with basic tools. The Cannibal X is an experimental homebuilt with a Corvair engine conversion. Both are in development — sign up for the ground crew email list to be first to hear when they're ready.
