Refund Policy
Because every Cannibal Aviation product is made to order, we do not accept returns for reasons of size, color, or preference. Please use the size guide on each product page carefully before ordering.
We will refund or replace any order that arrives:
- Damaged in transit
- Defective (printing flaws, poorly attached prints, torn fabric)
- Different from what was ordered
- Materially different from the product description or images
TO REQUEST A REFUND OR REPLACEMENT
Email us within 14 days of delivery. Include:
- Your order number
- Photos showing the issue clearly
- A brief description of what's wrong
We'll review and respond within 48 business hours. Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5-10 business days.
LOST PACKAGES
If tracking shows delivery but you didn't receive the package, contact us. We'll work with the carrier to locate it. If the carrier confirms the package is lost, we'll replace it at no cost.
CANCELLATIONS
Orders can be cancelled before production begins (typically within 12 hours of ordering). Once production has started, orders cannot be cancelled.
