Between the wars, flying stopped being just a military job. Barnstormers hung up the wing-walking act and hung out a shingle. County fairs became weekend airports. And in 1938, the Civilian Pilot Training Program put twenty thousand American college students in the left seat of a Cub, a Waco, or a Cessna Airmaster — because a country that saw the war coming knew it needed pilots.

That decade is where general aviation was born. Where "let's take you up" started meaning "here's your logbook."

The Flight School tee prints a 1930s cabin trainer badge-style in warm rust ink on garment-dyed cotton. Front chest carries the Cannibal Aviation mark.

Printed on Comfort Colors 1717 — 6.1 oz garment-dyed 100% ring-spun cotton. Unisex relaxed fit. Pre-shrunk.

Where it belongs: Your first CFI's hangar. Discovery flights. The day you got the endorsement. Any airport with a grass runway and a windsock.
